1. 1/2 kg plain Greek yoghurt
2. 375 ml (1 can) of evaporated milk
3. 250 ml (1 can) of caramel condensed milk
4. 125 to 250 ml (1/2 to 1 can) of condensed milk |
1. | Take the caramel condensed milk (I used Nestle Top ‘n' fill caramel) and whisk it to smooth any lumps. |
2. | Then, take the youghurt in the mixing bowl and mix with the other ingredients until smooth. After that, add 1/2 can of condensed milk, mix to make a smooth mixture. |
3. | I used the caramel for the colour. Since it’s sweet itself, I used ½ can of sweet condensed milk. If you don’t want to use caramel, or do not have the access to it, just use 1 can of condensed milk instead to balance the sweetness. |
4. | Now pour the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and microwave it for 2 minutes. After 1 to 2 minutes, microwave it for another 2 minutes. |
5. | Please note that I am using a 28-litre capacity 1400W microwave oven. So, time may vary for different microwaves with various capacity and power. |
6. | After that, set aside to cool it down at room temperature and put it into the fridge to set for 30 minutes or longer if possible. |
7. | The mishti doi/ sweet curd is ready to serve. Enjoy! |
